Welcome
The
Wisconsin
EMS
Association
Board of
Directors
and
staff
members
are
pleased
to
announce
the
construction
of a new
office
building
to house
the
entire
Wisconsin
EMS
Association
operations.
Watch
right
here as
we
chronicle
the
entire
process
from
finalizing
the
plans,
tearing
down the
existing
structure,
breaking
ground,
completing
the
shell,
designing
the
interior;
right up
through
move in
at the
end of
the
year.
Construction
is hoped
to start
by June
1. See
the
current
set of
plans
for this
4,200
square
foot
project
right
here.

Current
Activity
-
State,
county and
local
approvals
have all
been
obtained
along with
the
necessary
building
permits.
While
original
bids from
the various
sub
contractors
are now
firmed up,
the project
is still
moving
forward
starting
with
excavation
for the
foundation.
-
The
Wisconsin
EMS
Association
has started
to work on
obtaining
donations
from anyone
who is
willing to
provide
goods or
services in
the spirit
of
supporting
our
non-profit
organization.
Michael
Hood,
Director of
Sales and
Customer
Service, is
the person
to contact
if you
might be
able to
help.
Examples of
just a few
of the
items we
are
currently
hoping to
find donors
for include
a 12'
garage door
with
opener;
dumpster
service;
on-site
toilet
services;
Silt fence
with
installation;
Site survey
for staking
the
building
footprint;
Phone,
data, and
video
network
installation.
If you or
someone you
know can
help to
make the
WEMSA
offices a
reality,
please
contact
Michael
Hood
directly at
414-755-2774
or
mikeh@wisconsinems.com.
Recognition
that could
also
include
magazine
advertising
and
conference
sponsorships
may also be
available
to those
who donate.
